We will need the following information on each title/product that you submit:

  • 13 digit ISBN or UPC with bar coding on all books/products
  • UPC
  • Title
  • Subtitle
  • Author/artist
  • Item/Cat #
  • Retail price
  • Carton Quantity
  • Country of Origin if other than US
  • Publish/release date
  • Page count (books)
  • Product information form completed and submitted.
  • Image and description of each book/product
  • Your plan for promoting your title/product (radio, television, trade journals, author/artist tours, etc).

For detailed submission instructions and contact information, download the appropriate New Title/Product Information kit below and submit to the appropriate buyer noted at the bottom of the form. We must receive the following in order to consider your product/title:

  • One completed Advertising Insertion Order Contract.
  • One completed Vendor Information Form.
  • One completed Product Information Form for each item you are submitting
  • Two non-returnable, finished copies of each title/product. NOTE: If you do not yet have completed books and are planning to have New Leaf handle your printing through our Total Inventory Management Program, then submit your PDF files for the cover and the inside of your book. We will provide for FTP instructions.

NOTE: There will be a $50 fee for any titles or products submitted in a manner other than described herein.
